General Features:
End entry, reduced bore. Fire-Safe design (soft seated construction Fire-Safe certified), floating ball, blow out proof stem, flanged connections.
Non-removable antistatic devices assure electric continuity between ball and body through the stem.
All wetted component materials meet NACE MR.01.75 latest edition as standard.
Cavity pressure balancing hole avoids overpressure in the cavity with the valve in open position.
Asbestos free.
CE and ATEX marked.

Valve design: ASME B16.34 - BS 5351 – ISO 17292 – API 6D – PED
Fire Safe certified (soft seated valves): ISO 10497 – BS 6755 Part 2 – API 6FA – API 607 4th. Edition

Testing & Certification:
Testing: API 598 – BS 6755 Part 1 – ISO 17292 / ISO 5208 – EN 12266
Certification: EN 10204 / DIN 50 049 3.1.B as standard. 3.1.C, API 6D or special requirements on request.

Materials:
AIM = WCB body - 316 + HT-65 ball & seats
IIM = CF8M body - 316 + HT-65 ball & seats

JC-TL ball valves can be supplied with special trim and seat materials meeting more
severe service conditions than standard constructions.
